About the Schedule

Reclaim Retreat is an immersive weekend of wellness, expertly programmed to facilitate learning, conversation, motivation, and revitalization.

The schedule features daily educational Sessions and group discussions led by the Reclaim physicians, whole-food curated meals by the Hoodoo’s gourmet chefs, and experiential activities such as morning yoga practice and exploration of Moab’s beautiful outdoors.

All retreat activities take place at our host venue, the Hoodoo Moab. Retreat attendees are also encouraged to take some time to enjoy the hotel’s amenities and luxurious spa services as you relax and recharge!

Day One
